Some may claim Zoopla is on the ropes as the result of Agents’ Mutual’s rival launching in six weeks time but the portal is still recruiting for senior posts.
It has just appointed Matthew Cohan to the newly created role of Chief Product Officer.
Cohan has over 20 years’ experience in key product roles and was most recently Director of Online Products at Photobox, an online digital photo service. Prior to that he was director of product management at the Digital Property Group, which was bought by Zoopla Property Group in 2012.
He will report directly to Zoopla chief executive Alex Chesterman, who says Cohan’s role will see him “grow our portfolio of products .... ensuring we remain at the forefront of innovation.”
